Formulary
One list for everyone: what MedWay has on the shelf, what it can order in, and what the public listing shows. Open a row for suppliers, aliases, batches and price history.
Add a product
New products start hidden from the public listing. An approver publishes them once the details are right.

Uploads
Drop in a supplier's Excel, CSV, screenshot or PDF. The reader matches every row to the catalogue and writes a draft change set — one line per real difference, with how sure it is of each. Nothing changes until an approver reviews it.

Excel (.xlsx) · CSV · screenshot (PNG, JPG) · PDF — up to 10 MB. Spreadsheets are read exactly; screenshots and PDFs are read by the vision model, which reports how sure it is of each value.

Change sets
Every proposed change — from an upload, a supplier, an agent or a colleague — waits here. Approve or reject each line; the approved lines go on the shelf together.

Stock
MedWay's own shelf, from the ledger, by batch and expiry. This screen only reads — goods in, dispensing and quarantine go through the pharmacy's own ledger paths.

Planning
What to stock, how much, and why. The fridge is the formulary; the tabs follow the fridge chain below, from which products we hold to what growth costs. Every tab says what it is, what it decides and what you do there; hover a dotted word for its meaning; and Ask the planner will explain any of it in plain English.

Lines NYMO names that the catalogue does not know
Each is counted in packs but not in a section or margin until it is matched. Type the product it is, and the name is remembered as an alias for next time.
Exports recorded
Every file filed, with its period and what it added.

Order plans
Drafts wait here for an approver. Approving a plan and raising it creates a draft purchase order per wholesaler — nothing is sent from this page.

Budget
The founders' cash budget and stock-value ceiling for the period. The planner never exceeds either without a flagged override.
Terms in force
The deal with each wholesaler, as recorded under Suppliers → Terms. The cost panel uses these.

Wholesaler reliability
Five gauges from what the ledger already records: did the van come when they said, did the whole order arrive, how long the dates were on arrival, how often the price moved, and whether what they list this month is still there next month. Each fills as the data arrives — nothing is guessed.

Parameters
Every number the planner reasons with, as a dial. Each says what it means, what part it plays in bringing in the right products at the right availability without running out, and which tabs read it. Change one and the new value applies from now; the old value stays in the history. Admins edit; everyone on staff can see them.

Glossary
One definition per word, used everywhere it appears on these tabs. Hover a dotted word anywhere in Planning for the same text.
Suppliers
Where each price list comes from. Offers (cost, lead time, their stock) live on each product; upload a supplier's list with the supplier selected and its column layout is remembered.
MedWay Pharmacy formulary
The products MedWay Pharmacy currently supplies — pack sizes, prices and availability, with the date each was last updated. Cost prices, suppliers and batch data are never shown here.

People
Every login for the formulary: staff (pharmacist, admin) and read-only partners. Create a login and hand over its temporary password once; the person sets their own at first sign-in. Approvers — who may publish, hide, discontinue and approve change sets — must be pharmacists or admins with two-factor on.

Two-factor sign-in
Two-factor adds a six-digit code from an authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy…) to your password. Approvers must have it on; everyone else may.
- Open your authenticator app and scan this code (or type the key by hand).
- Save the backup codes somewhere safe — each one signs you in once if you lose your phone.
- Type the six-digit code the app shows now, then press Activate.
