Contact usHow it works
Four steps from your prescription to your door.
Get your prescription
Your medical cannabis must be prescribed by a doctor on the GMC Specialist Register.
We receive your prescription
Your clinic posts your original paper prescription to us. We need it before we can dispense.
Pay securely
Our pharmacist checks your prescription, then we send you a secure payment link by text and email.
Delivered to your door
Once paid, we dispense your medication and send it by Royal Mail Tracked 24, signed for on delivery.
No prescription yet?
As a pharmacy we can't assess you or write prescriptions. That starts with a consultation with a specialist doctor at a clinic.
Delivery
UK addresses only, by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with a signature on delivery.
In stock
Paid before 1pm on a working day: dispatched the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day.
Needs ordering in
Dispatched as soon as it arrives from our supplier, typically 2 to 3 working days after payment. We will let you know if yours needs ordering in. If you'd like the in-stock items sent first, each extra delivery is £4.99.
Signed for
Parcels are not left in a safe place, with a neighbour or through the letterbox. If you are out, Royal Mail leave a card so you can rearrange.
Tracked
You receive your tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Common questions
The five things patients ask us most. See all FAQs for the rest.
How long will it take to get my medication?
Once your clinic has posted us your original prescription and our pharmacist has checked it, we send you a payment link by text and email.
If your medication is in stock and you pay before 1pm on a working day, we dispatch it the same day and Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day. If it isn't in stock, we order it specifically for you as soon as you've paid. It usually reaches us within 2 to 3 working days, and we send it out on the day it arrives.
Either way, you'll get an email with your tracking number the moment it leaves us. If anything holds things up, we'll tell you rather than leave you wondering.
How is my medication delivered?
By Royal Mail Tracked 24, which needs a signature on delivery. Medical cannabis is a controlled drug, so the parcel can't be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or through the letterbox. If you're out, Royal Mail leave a card and you can rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office.
We deliver to addresses in the UK. Your tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Can I collect my medication from you?
No. We're an online pharmacy rather than a high-street one, and we don't have a counter or a walk-in service. Every prescription we dispense is delivered by tracked, signed-for Royal Mail. This keeps the pharmacy secure and means you don't need to travel to us.
Is medical cannabis legal in the UK?
Yes. Since 1 November 2018, doctors on the GMC Specialist Register have been able to prescribe cannabis-based products for medicinal use. Your prescription is a private one, written by a specialist doctor, and we can only dispense it once we have the original paper prescription and have confirmed it meets all the legal requirements.
Your medication is prescribed for you alone. It's an offence for anyone else to use it.
Can I return my medication or get a refund?
Medical cannabis is a controlled drug, so once it has left the pharmacy it can't be dispensed to anyone else. That means we can't accept returns or give refunds simply because a medication doesn't suit you. If that happens, please talk to your prescriber, who can change your prescription.
If something is wrong with what you've received, such as a damaged product or a mistake on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll put it right. Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to. Our Terms & Conditions set this out in full.
