Giving feedback

By email to info@medway-pharmacy.com or by phone on 0161 399 0066. We read all of it.

Making a complaint

By phone, email, or post to Medway Pharmacy, Railway View Works, Wood Street, Dukinfield SK16 4UT. Please include your name, contact details and prescription reference.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond in full as quickly as we can. Complaints are overseen by our Superintendent Pharmacist, Navinder Singh Dhesi.

If you are not satisfied with our response

You can raise a concern with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) at pharmacyregulation.org/raising-concerns.

If your concern is about your prescription or treatment rather than the pharmacy, please contact your prescribing clinic.

Reporting a side effect

To report a side effect from your medication, use the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
